While we were sad to see the end of the outstanding, complex Colombia Pink Bourbon natural process , a new heir to that throne has just landed: Colombia SJ Heirloom natural process. I grabbed what little I could from the producers. Coffees are rolling in steadily after the yearly lull period when harvests and processing and complex new shipping exigencies are underway. Sad to see the last pound of Alex Vivanco's awesome natural anaerobic leave the building this morning, but oh happy day, another nanolot Peru will grace the roaster on Monday, 4-13. From Junin as well, it is an extended fermentation natural process with similarly over-the-top-yet-accessible notes of boozy fruit liqueur and dark chocolate. Also in house already (roaster's choice) newbies from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (washed process) and Ethiopia natural Guji, new Rwanda washed and Uganda washed....

Final processing underway for the new 2026 crop from our partners at Asikana in West Welega, Ethiopia...arrival late April/early May. We're excited, as pre-ship cupping samples were decidedly and unsurprisingly exceptional! Removal from the offerings list just temporary..will restore as soon as it's in-house. Meanwhile we have excellent natural process Ethiopias (from Yirgacheffe) for you.
