More exceptional Peru incoming and other arrivals 4-9-26

Sad to see the last pound of Alex Vivanco's awesome natural anaerobic leave the building this morning, but oh happy day, another nanolot Peru will grace the roaster on Monday, 4-13. From Junin as well, it is an extended fermentation natural process with similarly over-the-top-yet-accessible notes of boozy fruit liqueur and dark chocolate. Also in house already (roaster's choice) newbies from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (washed process) and Ethiopia natural Guji, new Rwanda washed and Uganda washed. Abbondanza! Spring arrivals always bring joy here.
