Satipo is a highlands province in the easternmost part of the Junin Department in the Peruvian Amazon, with inhabitants tracing back 3500 years. The Vivanco family offering from the ANTARI producing society is dubbed Washed Reserva is a finely-tuned amalgamation of caturra, catuai and catimor grown at an average elevation of 1550 meters, with production coming from the ANTARI and APNA wet mills. Fully washed process and rested 10 weeks.
Taste notes for our light-medium roast are predominated by Orange zest, molasses and milk chocolate with fruity subtleties. Darker roasts will have more typical robust chocolate and cocoa tones and mixed nuts.
