Over the decades we have roasted literally hundreds of coffees from all over Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, Djimma, West Welega,Harar, all with unique characteristics. Generally produced by smallholder farmer-members of  cooperative societies, washed processed Ethiopia offers an ever-varied palette of flavors.
